Haven't seen this in a long time!
It looks a bit funny through the window glass!
But when the sun comes out even for 5 minutes it is aircon time, trust me!

The condition of the Voortrekker road the last time we drove it was enough to give anyone a migraine!

It is very corrugated - always has been!
BUT, Kruger's grading of roads was top-notch this trip...they do it well as soon as any rain falls!

On we went to the overflowing Biyamiti weir, which I sincerely hoped we would be able to cross otherwise we would be in serious logistical trouble...
This Suzuki was a bit of a sissy, to be honest. A big Hilux had already begun to turn around...
Momprins was utterly fascinated by this stork and derided it for extreme waste of time and unmitigated optimism!
Theoretically it was trying to catch fish going either upstream or downstream!

A unique view!
For some reason the heron was swimming around like a duck...never seen that...
A selection!
And we raced on! A bit further on, in the heat of the day and in the middle of a long conversation, we stopped behind this car...what were they watching?

The elephant that just passed?
Those causeways are always full of storks and herons and I am sure that they catch something.......even if I have never seen it
Lovely black stork
You must learn to keep the camera straight all the water is running out
