Here's Musthulele near the Letaba restaurant on 2 December 2015.

He was accompanied by another elephant - I think this is Malopenyana.

Here's a mystery Elephant cow. Her tusks resemble Mamerle's but her left ear has no notches. Seen on 6 December 2015 near the north end of the S28 which (according to Aat's site) is not Mamerle's territory!

Wonderful to know Masthulele is still with us - and good photos too. The old man's age is really showing. . . .

Long tusks on that female !

What you think Aat ?

BluTuna,

Great shots and thanks for sending the pics , received them all \O \O

No doubt it's Masthulele , the other bull is tusker Malopenyana (detail: the small hole in the left ear)
The cow "tuskeress" is unknown to me, she is not one of the named ones

@ RP - thanks for the remark , difference between you and me (one of ..) I think before I reply / answer ..0.. ..0..
BluTuna deserves a good answer , so a good ID check was needed.

Pumbaa,
I could ID your tusker (Nwanetsi along S131)
It's NSEMANI , I have some pics in my database of him with exact same position , including the "from behind" one, so no doubt. \O \O \O O0

[quote="Pumbaa"]On 26.02.15 we saw this tusker at N'wanetsi along the S131
