At Anchorage airport again. Weather looking better for landing in Kodiak this morning, so fingers crossed we get there today!

For one moment I reading in Afrikaans and thought you are going to drink the bears (beer in Afrikaans), but now I get it is "bier" Enjoy both the bears and beers.

Eventually arrived at Kodiak. Weather glorious. Bald Eagles just outside the hotel and target bird - Varied Thrush seen.
Steller's Sea Lion out in the bay as well.
Went to a aquaculture facility where they restock wild populations of four species of salmon.
Jet lagged so we just had a little lie down before dinner.
Must be beer time by now.
