Thought of a story!

Went on my only Trail in Kruger as a schoolboy...Olifants early 1980's...

Things were still a bit loose and fast then, trails still catching on, but what a great experience!


But smaller death awaited...

Firstly, every morning one trekked out from the basecamp on the South of the river, to the North, for some reason, sliding a small long plank or two over the rocks above the potholes below camp...dunno if they still do that? -O-

I kid you not, there were crocodiles in there, beneath, but what did we know? Follow orders? -O-


On one return, I lost my balance, and my friend's Dad, very similar to Flutts' dad, for want of a better comparison, pulled me to safety! :ty:

A lot like some sort of Disney movie or video game... lol

Part two to follow, will look for google earth pic! :twisted:

Knowing this Boon, it is probably the former than the latter.
