In the morning I have a big bowl of Jogurt with muesli and a cup of coffee. When I'm in the park, I usually have breakfast or lunch at Mopani (not anymore) or at Letaba and in the evening potato chips with a glass of something 
If at home I eat cold: salami, cheese (Gruyère and gorgonzola) or a paté (brought from home) with bread or crackers. The salami and cheese were for Elzet, but she could not come (she has had a heart attack and got a couple of stents inserted) and keep it for next weekend when I see her, was a bit too long
