Next morning we packed and headed South. We had decided to treat ourselves and had booked into the Rooiputs Lodge

for 2 nights.
First up we found this Jackel at not sure think marie
Going further South we found Grandad at Cheleka
between cheleka and dikbardskolk we spotted a Honey badger
we stopped at Dikbardskolk for Breakfast and a break

That ball-valve is interesting...it wouldn't last a day in Kruger!
The drinking predators are past their prime...

they don't last in the Kgalagadi either, seen lions playing soccer with them

Thanks Pumba, not really, it was rather quite up north the last 2 times we have been, found more action around Twee Rivieren

That lion looks quite scruffy and I presume from the name Grandad, he's quite old. Poor thing.
