Once again, the weather gas not been playing along this week for photography. I basically had two days that I could shoot, Friday and yesterday.
Here are a few pics...
The team was hard at work doing aerial census as well as anti-poaching flights. They made arrests yesterday, and recovered a fresh Rhino horn. Unfortunately the carcass has not been found yet and the weather doesn't allow for flying to continue today.

Hello, and thanks again everyone.
From cold and wet last weekend to dry, very hot and green this weekend.
Summer is definitely here, the signs are visible everywhere. All that is needed now is the return of the Woodlands and for the Impala to start calving.
Here is one of the signs, the first foam nest that I have seen this season...

The wind was pumping on Friday afternoon, much to the delight of the Vultures. They took advantage of the winds on the wing. Here is a Lappet-faced keeping an eye on me...

After a very late night (early morning 01h30) after a braai and plenty beers, I woke up feeling like dung, but still managed to get out on drive by 06h00.
I made it a short drive, as it was already cooking and I didn't feel very good.
