Thanks for the delightful comments!

We arrived in Camp on time, sort of... :-?

Stark and Uncle Blacksheep had struck up a firm friendship miles earlier in the afternoon, which remains to this day! They are both computer types! \O

UB: "Do you like beer?"

St: "Yes!"

UB: "We are now friends! :-) "

So we caught up, sort of, slowly...me having a face to face meet with my mom and Auntie Fixit, plus Stark and family, plus the Ranger couple! In fact in this camp everything happens slowly and restfully, to be honest...

I've been to almost all the private camps/bushveld camps in Kruger...Roodewal is a cut above, maybe all the trees? But time slows down...

RP: "So, UB, Broken arm?"

UB: "Yes...do you like beer?"

RP: "Yes!"

And so on... O**

There was plenty of space as the units were underoccupied, obviously, after cancellations... For some reason my mom and aunt refused permission for Blommie and I to share a room, so she was banished to the female quarters elsewhere, crazy stuff... 0- -O- 0=

Anyway...

There was some sort of problem, so we braai'd all the meat at the furthest chalets. I think it was because our family had the first "kosbeurt", and everything was stocked in our fridges? Wish Stark would pitch up here to refresh the memory! 0*\

This was irritating:

The braaier was broken, so needed a brick to hold it up...not nice while paying so much for the camp! 0=

Surprisingly, I burned my hand quite severely....the old "switch the grid using the handle while the handle has been in the preparation fire" conundrum...

But I am used to this, so stuck the hand into the deep-freeze for a while...works very well! \O

Eish 0*\ I missed my appearance on the stage... But seeing that I'm only a springer (which would be somebody
who fills in for someone else in my language  ) I think it's okay to be late. O**

How did you burn your hand with Stark braaing? 0*\

And hats off to your mum and auntie for keeping your word to Toko for you.

There must have been quite an atmosphere with smoke, burnt human flesh, rivers of beer etc. 0*\ O:V

In spite of .....Roodewal, I hope that Stark enjoyed the rest of his trip =O:

I lie! That is Stark's adopted son, Varney, braaing! 0*\

Part of his training! ;-)

(A very energetic boy, I must say...)

The fillet steaks came all the way from Bergville, with selected wors added! O/\

I'm going to pause a bit, which is unlike me, I know, and get some family online here, as memory fails a bit, and my TR's need to be technically perfect! :-)
