Something you must remember is that the private consessions deliver mush better quality service and they are proud of their jobs unlike some employees of SANparks, Anja applied for a job in SANparks and the pay was higher for the same position in SANparks, my opinion is that most of these SANparks employees are only there for the money and don't give a damn about conservation or the animals they are supposed to care for......just my opinion
