Utterly nonsense! The sighting was at least 100 mtrs from the road and moreover on top of a rock. People are silly :O^

You might not like the idea of "Latests Sightings" and neither the traffic that it draws sometimes to a certain sighting, but from there to say that it could be of danger to the animals is pure invention. Cats walking in the road with 20 cars around them, do not even raise an eyebrow.

Yesterday

A rare Sable antelope was seen on the S1, 15km from Phabeni Gate.
One of the first sightings we've ever had of them on this road.
Was only 1, and a very brief sighting

'Wild dogs on the road with hyenas behind them. They moved into the bush and visibility was lost, but they may pop out again. There were some zebra and impala on the horizon'
