Yes, expired stuff, Mello! lol

Walter Mitty is a literature anti-hero who dreams big but in reality is totally useless!:

Walter Mitty is a fictional character in James Thurber's short story "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty", first published in The New Yorker on March 18, 1939, and in book form in My World and Welcome to It in 1942. Thurber loosely based the character, a daydreamer, on his friend Walter Mithoff.

Thank you, RP! You managed to make me laugh a couple of times. As the Dimwits continue to go on these trips it must mean that you are having lots of fun, because the sightings do not seem to be the focal point lol ^Q^ ^Q^ I do not mind chicken raschers etc. in the shops as long as the old kind is still on sale ;-) I think that they started making those chicken thingies, when the muslims started to become clients to count on -O-

Pleasure, Lis! 0/0 Ja, we don't see that much for some reason as far as the big 5 go, but have seen a lot over the years! ;-)

Spot the aminal at Tshange...I have about 6 pics, and can only see it on one of them, even though it was at point blank range! :O^ 0*\

q.jpg

It was drought there, as said. It always looks bad in winter, but never seen it like this! 0:

q2.jpg

We went to Redrocks, and I there decreed that we take the Northern S-52 Loop to Shing as we were miles early for the 14h00 check-in time!

RP: "I decree that we take the Northern sand road, as we don't want a repeat of last year where we had to lie in the heat on the stoep of our accommodation like hobos waiting to be let in!" :X:

Frew: "Yes, O sage one! "

BL: "You are indeed sagacious, m'lord! "

Dw: "Haha! You said 'Hobo'! =O: What are a sagacious? O-/ "

There was some water at places! \O

q3.jpg

It was a rookie mistake telling the Dimwits that we could take our time...Severe Dawdling ensued as the tea flowed and we became sidetracked by the smallest detail...and that road is actually deceptively long! O** :O^

Sometimes the Samoosa was in front, sometimes the Dong. Dwarf performed some miracle of spotting and roared up from behind to call Frewells and myself to come and see something!

q4.jpg

Haven't seen one of these in ages...similar body shape to me... :-?

q5.jpg

We arrived at the Confluence near Dewi's Bridge way after 14h00... O-/

q8.jpg

BL: "Can we go to CAMP now, FFS!? 0= "

Frew: "I'm hungry! :-( "

RP: "Err...LOOK! A Zebra!"

q6.jpg

Dw: "You are a stupit sagacious! :X: "

RP: "LOOK! A giraffe!"

q7.jpg

Anyway, off to Camp! :o0ps: 0:

The Africa Wild Award is still there! :-0
