the Sandpipers was not easy to ID... not very sure

yes a bit of sun and all is bright... sometime too bright for the white one

Brilliant pics of all the wildlife at your pond Nan. I waited ages to get the pied Kingfisher to flick its fish up like you caught with your kingfisher. I failed, you caught it perfectly.

One of your sandpipers is wrong, the other three are spot on.

Pay attention to the bill size & length, leg size & colour, underparts colour/chest "band" and the back markings. You should be able to figure out which one is incorrect and then look for the right ID for that one.

for the Kingfisher, RP was not sure it can fly like a Colibri... so I search, like you, for a long time to have those... not too bad but can do better
