I spoke to SATSA and they confirm the arrangement was cancelled unexpectedly through a general advisory without reasons given. They are working on it!

I hate it when there is no reason given When they change the rules they also know why, so can't we get an answer at the same time or do they have to pack it up in order to make the best impression?

Maybe they are tired of us experts debating their every move!

But ja...

There are even more debating and speculations if they don't tell us

There were a lot of complaints about the priority entry that the OSV were given.
Now that has been withdrawn - more complaints.
Damned if you do, and damnded if you don't

But how have the reasons changed?

My money is on this being a policy that was driven & protected by Glen Phillips and without his support it has been cancelled ...
