Put aside the better part of today hopefully enlightening
myself with information and constructive criticism regarding
this thread.

Cannot say that I wasted a day but on the other hand,...

Mmmhhhhphhh........Kinda like the car is still going but
has flat tyre!!!!???

C'mon Sanparks just where is your creative/constructive
responsibility toward South African society??

Most of this nonsense gells back to the mid seventies so if
by thought you are original in creative nature conservation,
well you leave little inspiration. Even those bad old days left
room for thought.

Let's put aside conservation for a 'mo and infrastructure and
finance and roads and local community and all what makes a
decent argument in society but for one,-- Communication!!

Geeez, I am dumdstruck at the level of poor communication!!

Sanparks, .gov we seem to be the masters of creating bigger
loopholes in daily thinking, bigger than the holes in the ozone!!

It is simply shocking how we go about by way of argument in the
search for a solution to this dilemma!!

Decent argument has always been at the base of great success,
however I lack a base for decent argument!!

While confusion reings the pot of fortune get's raided!!!

Over the past couple of years this is the Modus Operandi of SanParks management H. Your last line says it all.

In my experience with quite a lot of comapies over the last few years it is the same everywhere.
Communication is lacking all over the place.
If the left not knows what the right hand does one can never point a finger and do as one pleases.
Welcome to the new South Africa where the still make use of the tactic called : the scorched earth.

What really irks me is that on the Sanparks forum
one gets reminded over and over again about taking
responsibility for ones utterances and this rule layed
down by the host, Sanparks.

Yet when going through pages and pages of discussion,
they themselves cannot vouch for comments they made.
This not only pertains to Sanparks, rather all other .gov
dept. too.

There seems to be a prevailing attitude that we, (the
leaders, custodians)are simply just right. We therefore
can say just what we like.

A common well controlled directive between departments
seems just sorely lacking, creating hurdles for us, yet
they created missions, visions and directive statements
supposedly in favour of the public.

Nah I'm afraid most people filling prominent posts are
sorely lacking of responsibility from the outset,.........
favourable, unsubstantiated personal verbal opinion!

Just look at me today, on this very day when I am
to show compassion to fellow man. Aye, I beg your
forgiveness!!!

Heard this week that absolutely no rezoning has been approved by the relevant Government Departments and Ministers, despite SP's media claims to the contrary!

This was predicted pre-Mangaung, and it still remains to be seen if Minister Molewa retains her job after the next cabinet reshuffle! :-)

Why do I get the feeling that SanParks is becoming a rudderless ship. It seems that management are dashing around between politics, projects, poaching etc and getting nothing done. If the building of hotels are on hold until such time as they can get this new rezoning plan through and approved, why is there no focus and ongoing information being fed to the public
