It must have been extraordinarily
Quite nice the sceneries, but the heat makes the air "simmering"

I also can feel the heat, Richprins
Also love the mountains in that area - Always very special there landscapewise

At last we arrived at our destination, Matjulu!
These Zebs were irritated and could not go and drink!
Scallywags!
They certainly had the right idea in the heat!
But kept looking in a direction?
The morning's buffalo were checking them out...would there be a kill?

And more kept arriving!
Seeking the coolth!
The hosepipe is a distraction, I must say...
And down to the reservoir parking!

Two bird species!
I like the light on this one!
After cooking for a while we left, and ran into an ambush!
They are not photogenic!
When we got home we had to move the chairs onto the sand away from the paving around the braai, it was still that hot, and the night's sleeping was a bit nightmarish!
But actually a wonderful chance to catch up with the fam, and the next morning I went home!

They are not photogenic!
Not when they look like that
Would a couple of hyenas attack a zebra

I doubt it, but better be careful than sorry
(I'll have to go back to the beginning in order to remember what kind of business trip this was and with whom

)
