I think that the Crock bridge gate must be one of the busiest in the park with all the people at Marloth now .

Geez, with that queue I would have lost any appetite for going in the Park
What's going on with that warthog and the guinea fowls, I wonder

We went on the S138 to where a den of wild dogs had been all week...but only a kudu!
back on the S130 we plotted to go to the little pan near the northern end and take a chance!
More warthog!

This area of the park has always been crawling with them!
And WATER at the pan! We were lucky as it was quite late winter!
The parking lot is right near the edge, and the impala were not shy!

We managed to sneak into the only bit of shade there, as the sun was heating up quite rapidly!
More warthog!
And the aminals kept on arriving!
This is our great pleasure in life, sitting at a secluded water point with some tea and watching the world go by!
The light angle was also perfect!
Here one can see how close the aminals are!

Then the zebras came over to our side!
And suddenly a new avian visitor!
There was a stork and a heron too!
Quite a unique gathering pic!
