Nothing reported so far, but I doubt grading is going to help much...

Re: Kruger Deteriorating Gravel Roads Crisis
A surprise response from customercare:
Dear Mr Richprins
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand the frustration and discomfort caused by poor condition of our gravel roads in the past few months. Kindly note that the condition of our gravel roads is receiving urgent and necessary attention it deserves.
We have experienced serious challenges with a tender process to appoint the Contractor for gravel roads maintenance. We have eventually decided to procure yellow machines and employ the Operators instead of outsourcing this service which was also a process that took time to be completed.
We are finalising some logistics and grading of the roads will resume on the first week of June.
We would like to apologize profusely for the inconvenience endured and we are looking forward to your future visit.
We appreciate your patience and continued support.
Best regards,
Ms Londiwe Masondo

Re: Kruger Deteriorating Gravel Roads Crisis
Obviously, you are not the only one who has complained

Now they have discovered it! Haven't they noticed that it was better before they started outsourcing everything? At least it was done when needed....more or less.instead of outsourcing this service
