The fridge is on the verandah/deck of the safari tents, is it necessary to bring something along to "monkey proof" it or is it secure enough from monkeys? Are there even monkeys/baboons in Letaba??

Surely they would be in cages like at Tamboti.

The fridges in Tamboti are inside the tents

Fridges are in a cage like cupboard so safe from monkeys etc.

Tent d,
No 4 is nice as all of them . I prefer no 7/6 near to the kitchen /bathrooms ok the diffrence is 40m maks. then 7/8 is close to the swimming pool remember that in summer(noise). No 8 is also wheelchair accessible.
The fridge is in a cage, what you can take along is a small padlock, to lock the door of the cage , if you worried about the ribbetjie or Winhoek.
Enjoy!!!
O!- be wake up for mr Big-foot ,they sometimes like to browse along the fence at sunset.
-don't take the big trees in front of the tents lightly as we saw nice birdlife in them.

Ours was on the deck, in a cage.

Maybe they changed them after floods, would make sense as monkeys and baboon were damaging tents to get at food.
