Cannot be sure, but they are probably one of the Dermestid beetles which are also known as “Skin Beetles” or “Hide Beetles”. Some species feed on the desiccated remains of animal carcasses after blowfly larvae have left.

Looks like the family Trogidae (carcass beetles)

Greyish black, heavily sculptured, small to medium sized beetles. Adults and larvae feed on animal remains and carnivore and raptor faeces. Adults occur underneath the food source and scarab-like larvae in burrows in the soil also underneath it.

Trox asperulatus = Omorus asperulatus :-? :-? :-?
