I would rather stick to the N4 to Nelspruit and then go to White River and from there either Numbi or Hazyview to Phabeni or Kruger.

Thanks Flutterby and Sprocky That's the route we take most of the time Sprocky but then up to Orpen...now we will enter at Phabeni or Kruger depending on the traffic....

I think we will try to leave very early like Flutterby said and enter the park early in the morning

Agree! On our last trip we took the "scenic route" and endid up looking like drunk meerkats trying to dodge all the potholes.

For our trip in August we've decided to enter at Phalaborwa. Our first night is at Tamboti and the rest in the south, so thought we might as well see some of the north while we can.
