BC, we also saw 4 male lions at the southern entrance to the S119 in September 2006 - but these guys were very sedate, did not even move when we drove past themBushcraft wrote:
We have however found 4 male lion on a buffalo kill a few km from the hide, including 1 crazy male lion (last pic) who didn’t want anyone around, including a teenage ellie who wondered onto the scene

The hide has a red stripe under it! You can see a few pans in the area, as well as the river loops!
