Yes, you are right !

Here are some more regular sightings on H1-1 :

They are also Buffaloes in the area, especially around Pretoriuskop, but the vegetation is thick and the sightings are not the best ones in the Park. I wonder if I have some pictures taken there...

Lovely pics, Flutty and Dindingwe ^Q^ ^Q^

The pics I had from Transport dam disappeared when the last laptop was stolen. They were rather recent so not yet saved online 0*\

On all my maps this piece of road (circled in red) is also labelled the H1-1. -O-

On Google it is called Pretoriuskop - Skukuza Road all the way to Skukuza \O The other one Malelane - Skukuza Road, but only until it meets up with the Pretoriuskop - Skukuza Road.

I know that it's wrong, but I cannot help being a bit nostalgic of the old days ;-)

October 2009

This was only the Brat's second trip to Kruger and we entered at Numbi Gate. This was before my DSLR so the pics aren't great. ;-)

Me too Lis! I can remember that gate post was still there when we started going to the park in the 70s.
