You don't know how frustrated I was ..Doug was saying we should move on as we had to get to Grootkolk and I didn't have my award winning photo of jackal catching a dove yet

Round 3.
The jackal was beginning no show no mercy...he kept at it and as a result there was a lot dust being kicked up.

Taking aim....

and off he went...

and this time he was successful ...:) But as you can see I didn't really get an award winning shot as there were too many doves obscuring my view.

Oh well so be it ..it was time to move on to Grootkolk.

The jackal had his breakfast and I had been hugely entertained by his efforts. What a way to start the New Year. :)
