I would take a guess and say a bit of background blur and highlighting of the eye. 
Sometimes it’s not until you don’t see what you want to see, that you truly open your eyes.

Ish fluts
I used levels 4 different settings after using the selection tool.
1 was for the head only
2 was for the body
3 was for the background
4 was soft focus
Also levels contrast blurring and focus where used with noise reduction . On top of that selective color was added with selective blurring as well as selective highlighting.
