They do supply some outdoor/ camping shops, but for demo stuff I think you would need to go to Boksburg. It is right next to the highway so isn't a mission.
I just need a passport to enter Boksburg

What size fridge/ freezers is sufficient?

I have a 50l unit that can be a freezer or fridge that goes in my car and a 90l bar fridge that just fits in trailer height wise, I either leave that in trailer or put it in tent.
I also keep a cooler box for coldrinks that I put ice in,I make ice in freezer and top up sometimes with ice from shop.

Is that 50l big enough to freeze all your meat if you camp for 20 days

Should, all depends on size of meat. My 90l also has a little freezer inside on top. I also don’t freezer all meat, some I just keep in fridge for a few days.
