I may add that all minutes are available to all citizens pertaining
issues relating to .gov, by means of the P.A.I.A,..and so forth, a
common joke in our constitution!!

You are quite free in requesting such minutes from authority,..

We are getting irritated now that the minutes of the meeting have not been forthcoming! And Lesley Nyawo took a video properly from centre stage!

It has come to our attention from a township butcher that buffalo meat has allegedly indeed now started disappearing from the abattoir, untreated, and is leaving the Park via gates, along with the normal "subsistence" meat poached by miscreants residing/visiting.

This is exactly the massive danger to National Food security AW warned about at the meeting, as it will be a disaster should Bovine Tuberculosis and Foot and Mouth appear in the foodlots of the Highveld!

(The normal subsistence poaching meat over the many decades has not really left the Lowveld, and buffalo were rarely involved. Buffalo meat is very nice vs other game and bushmeat that is nowadays frowned upon by the discerning Black Market buyers. The decrepit meatless buffalo culled in the drought were not any good, but prime buff meat is now coming into the abattoir...

Anyway, we have permission to report this in the sense that it won't compromise security operations.
