You won't believe, but it helps, the last photo shows some good stuff.
The cell dm end to the M2 base looks different for Australoechus/Anastoechus vs Systoechus (have been looking at the wing images in the Afro Diptera Manual now for several days

to see the difference). Yours does not look like Systoechus.
Australoechus would have the cell br longer than cell bm, which is not the case here, so I'd go for
Anastoechus

OK, it's actually very easy to see, even Richprins will see the difference comparing the crossvein between the cells dm and M2

This fly belongs to the same group as well, but without wing photo, we can not make a call on genus.
Perhaps ExFmem has more photos?

Maybe this is the female of the wall one..about 1cm?
