Glad to hear you're not totally insane.
Super shots again! You really make those little ones (which I find a bit, uhm, disturbing...) look beautiful and interesting.

Not totally, but I'm getting there
That's because they are beautiful and interesting

As I said, the creepy crawlies were out in force at the weekend, I still have a lot of pictures to post....
This is possibly a Spittle Bug but I'm not sure.
Two ants cross paths.
A Giant Green Mantid.
Yet another bug like the Red Bug but Black this time.
Dewi stole my line for these two pictures (on the "What-is-It" thread) but I'm going to use it anyway....
Which one of these is the lesser of the two Weevils? The last time I saw these they were also in this position - I don't think they are mating but I suspect the one on top is the male and he's stopping other males from approaching the female!
Eyes closed Nan!
A tiny Spider that I haven't ID'd yet. I had to use my hand as a background in order to get the camera to focus.
Same picture, heavily cropped.
OK Nan, it's gone now
I chased this moth around the garden and it finally settled.
The camera flash disturbed it and it flew under a nearby leaf where it started to flap around frantically.
It had been plucked out of the air by this Mantid.

Evolution is something incredible. I am sure that however strange these bugs look, there is a reason
