I'm not that knowledgeable about birds, but April is the Gymnogene month for me, had in a long weekend aobut 6 sightings of them, so I would say that is the best time to go Harrier-hunting

Satara sunset drive: 3 leopards, 2 male lions in road and a pride of lions feeding on carcass, AWC, 9 civets, hyena, genet... bloody amazing
