Some scary creatures around your camp but amazing pics of the Sand Snake!
The brand new springbok is adorable.
So, did you get out at the picnic spot?

I've seen some scary ones in Kruger too - especially at Balule (scorpion central)!Flutterby wrote:Some scary creatures around your camp but amazing pics of the Sand Snake!

Saturday 26 September. Twee Rivieren -> Home.
This is it! A last solo drive up the Nossob road before packing up and heading off home.
Some Gnus.
A Tawny Eagle.
I was about to turn around when I spotted a stopped car ahead, I thought I'd see what they had stopped for and then head back to TR.
It was a good decision.
On the way back to camp.
Some scenery.
The Tawny was still in its tree.
More Gnus.

A convoy was slowly approaching from the south, following these two lovely ladies.
This Squirrel was having a grooming session.
Another Whistling Rat.
And less than a metre away, a Ground Agama.

Crimson Breasted Shrike.
And last but not least, a BBJ.
Then it was time to pack up our tent and head back to Johannesburg.
