It has been a remarkable week in Addo... not for myself but others have seen an aardvark on 6 of the past 8 days whilst a friend saw a striped polecat on Sunday!!!

A good sign! Looks like the place is expanding and stabilising nicely, PJL? Healthy! \O

Definitely a healthy sign RP \O

I've been in on a couple of visits recently in the hope of spotting the elusive aardvark, but with no such luck yet. However each visit had some other memorable sightings O\/

On Mbotyi loop, this enormous buffalo herd wouldn't fit in the frame of my camera

There were also plenty of herds of red hartebeest and zebra around. It has been very dry in the park, but the herd animals still seem to be thriving at the moment.

There were a couple of ellies drinking and having a bit of a face-off at Lismore water hole (otherwise known as the windmill water hole... there have been some 'official' names released to some new spots recently ;-) )

A trip down to Arizona brought along a highlight for this particular visit - a bushpig couple O/\ O/\
They were extremely difficult to see due to high vegetation near the road, so there was only really one spot that I could photograph them as they walked through a very small clearing... the video shows them both \O
