Thanks General! I agree, I prefer to see the unusual but it does get frustrating when sightings of anything are few and far between!

That one was running through the camp site so it was a lucky sighting. The other big spider I saw at Tsendze was actually a Huntsman Spider.

Our patience was rewarded and the princess appeared.

She ripped off a chunk of meat and departed.

But she was back 5 minutes later.

I think she was getting frustrated with the position of the carcass and she tried to pull it down. She got a good grip and started to tug.

She was tugging so hard that her back feet came off the tree.

And then she lost her grip and fell.

We waited a while longer but she didn't reappear so we went back to the bridge for a golden sunset.

What's wrong with bugs? I like bugs, they are interesting subjects!
