Elephant with snare around head. Still not found. Last seen 7km on the river road from Doispan walking in the Sabie River towards Kruger gate. We need a photo, the approximate size of the herd, as well as the coordinates. contact 0824586227 if located

I know this is a Kruger thread, but the snares are a problem in other Sanparks. We did the 4 x 4 trail in Mapungubwe and got snared, we carry enough tools, so easy enough for us to destroy the snare and free the vehicle. Management at that park NOT INTERESTED when it was reported. 0*\

It seems that the Management of Mapungubwe needs to be replaced; lately, there have been lots of complaints.
