It is
Italochrysa impar
A species that can easily be confused with
Dysochrysa furcata because of the red coloration of the thorax and abdomen.
It is a very widespread species, extending from northern SA (Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo) into Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi.
