How can they then say on their forum that the bookings for next Easter are already open

Maybe they have changed their policy of the eleven months? What a mess!

From their online booking page:

This facility caters for the period from 20 April 2018 to 30 April 2019.

 Reservations made 365 days in advance pay 50% within 30 days of making the booking.

In the past, the Online Bookings period enabled bookings to be made a fixed 11 months in advance. We are now attempting to increase the period to the online bookings client, while bringing our site up to international standards and keeping in line with our business rules.

Not eleven months anymore.

The below link shows the booking periods, but there is no logic at tall. Each period is different. Must have been made to fit into school holidays and other kinds of particular dates. It is

The bookings for April opened on the 18th. SanParks keeps changing the dates. I had always thought it was because of school holidays being stretched into the next months, but that is not the case this time around. So it seems kinda random. But not a general change of the policy, I think.

No renovations either. My take is that this is the accomm table just before bookings open which tells you that some of the units are gone already. I'm pretty sure this wasn't meant to be online like that.

First time I've had this problem. Seems to be a glitch? Accommodation has been shown to be available for 2 days now in LS on 4 July, yet when one goes to book it is not available on their system for that whole week!

Normally it corresponds exactly, in my experience, I changed a later booking effortlessly last week.

Garbage in, garbage out

Not so much corrupted but probably some kind of glitch in their booking system.
Probably very similar to what I posted from the April 2019 bookings. Even though
I can't claim to know that the units show were booked it is highly doubtful
you would be able to get all those units on the second day of bookings.

I phoned again, and on their system there is nothing from 2 July to 11 July, which sounds about right for this time of year. Yet a lot of accommodation still on web page!

A bad glitch this!
