This is why I oppose trade in rhino horn although the author does go for a once off sale of stockpiles.

"The Ban" which is glibly thrown around has firstly never been properly implemented nor secondly policed so how can a politician state its not working????? No trade ever!

Mr Mercer is quite outspoken about corruption and greed.
