So we dined on board with an excellent Mexican dish of Halibut and a nice glass of red wine.

While eating dinner, we watched as a pair of Bald Eagles raided a Kittiwake colony and stole chicks from the nest ledges. The Eagles made several forays into the colony whilst we watched in amazement.

Tufted and Horned Puffins were all around our little boat and we laughed at their antics and efforts at taking off.

We anchored up in a bay and went ashore to stretch our legs for an hour or so.

The scenery was glorious and we were loathe to leave, but tomorrow we would be flying over to Katmai to see the Bears.

I think, even a dry roll and water would have made for a delicious dinner
if you get to watch those birds and their business while eating. -O

Also, the landscape is stunning! O:V
