Too fast for me, so many posts in one morning / day lol

Let's see: Those playing ellies - absolutely adorable! And no offence meant when I ask you if you have photoshopped the eye of the BSK. Amazingly red - beautiful!
Never noticed in any of the pix I have seen of Vallie so far that he wears a collar  And there is only one of yours where it visible a wee tiny bit, too... That sunset is obviously stunning and a giant eagle owl going with it - exciting! Oh, almost forgot to mention the handsome kudu bull. ^Q^

Brief interlude.... I'll get back to my excitement from earlier this week soon, but in the meantime I had to quickly share these amazing photos of Josie and her cubs. They were seen this morning by Michael Potter and he kindly allowed me to share them. They are about 5 months old now and look to be in great condition!

Continuing with last weekend.... we were up the next day and in the park when it was still dark. We were hoping we might find some hyena around Rooidam but it was all quiet there so we cruised around Gorah again seeing a scrub hare along the way. Back on the Domkrag Loop there were some Eland close to the road

Image

Just after the lookout point at Domkrag Dam something caught my eye in the distance - Melvin was down by the fenceline enjoying some morning rays of sun O:V

Image

He was such a long way away - about 600 metres, so the photo opportunities weren't great. However while sitting there a duiker briefly showed itself... I haven't seen one in Addo for years O/\

Image

It was still early so we took a loop round Hapoor and on the way back came across a bushbuck ewe with a little one O\/ O\/
After initially retreating back into the bushes they came back out - the little one was very tentative. It's the first time I've seen a young bushbuck in the park as they are generally so shy!

Just as the little one was coming out onto the road another car came along and scared them both off for good, so we went back to see what Melvin was up to. This time his brother Gibson was out as well
