The H4-1 only really fires from mid-June to November
Nice monitor sighting and I see the H4-1 ellies still take naps next to the road
Great hyena sighting to kick off your afternoon drive and then some “excited lions”

Hey, Peej...you are not allowed to reverse some pics so as one doesn't know left from right?
Ja, the lion males take turns with the female sometimes...
Nice to see proper bush lions vs Addo, hey!
Great pic that last one, but my favourite is the little francolin!

God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

Lions, Wilddogs and Cheetah who could ask for more![]()
The Mongooses are just so cute!![]()
Hyena's are super exciting to watch when they are young

We certainly had some great sightings along the way... and there's even a few more to come

I have to agree about the monitors... so prehistoric-looking!Mel wrote:Those monitors are kinda weird beasts, but I do like them for some reason unknown to myself![]()
Great sighting and photo of the green backed heron![]()
And some hyenas for DWhy didn't you stay there all day or until the hyenas were gone
![]()
That was one of the prettier male lions of the KrugerProbably imported from the KTP
![]()
It was becoming a bit of a traffic jam with the hyenas so I wanted to move on

Yep, definitely a good-looking lion for a change

I still don't get the reverse photo thing... hyena looks one way then looks the other way in the next photo. And in the process confuses RPRichprins wrote:Hey, Peej...you are not allowed to reverse some pics so as one doesn't know left from right?![]()

Decent lions but still not on a par with the Addo residents
