This odd hybrid was discussed before, I think
Greenish patch on wing, greenish gloss to back and rump and head. Mottled underparts. Orange feet and legs.
Hybrid Mallard X African Black Duck ???

I was thinking more along the lines of a Black-chested Snake-eagle.
