Was a good article from Hantikapanti in today's paper alluding to this, with crazy cartel stuff going on in Moz. - Massingir/Mavodze...community there virtually demanding the right to poach!

Seems to be crazy stuff indeed .

Journalists arrested by the poachers and imprisoned shows how much law and order our Minister has managed to get by signing her MOU that is yet to be implemented ...
