I know, Gyppos are the same if they are defending goslings!
It's a Coot's nest I think, there was a Coot on it on Saturday morning when I was there.

Last I heard (december) Vulpro was still operational.

I got some info from Kerri Wolter who is the contact for Vulpro. Costs : R60 for a tour and R100 to visit the hide and you have to book in advance. The vultures are active from 08:00 to 14:00.
