Just to extraplolate a bit....Kruger staff at reception are generally brilliant, IMO, although often undermanned. Never had many problems, also over the phone. The National higher-ups are a different story.

AH....HA ..now I know when I enter reception at Letaba two weeks ago the two ladies at reception put up a sign, out lunch and disappear.After ten seconds not even the cleaners,petrol man, Museum manager or local Bushbuck could be find.
ps. I was wearing my AW Green t-shirt.
After a while 15 min maks, Blommie find the reception ladies in one of the "rooms" in tears....yes ......both of them in tears.
