South African National Parks
The goats were transported to Skukuza today by Mr Pappie from Veterinary Wildlife. Limpopo did not approved for the goats to be quarantine and destroyed in the north. They will be destroyed in Mpumalanga.
The goats are considered as alien species when they cross into a protected area. The destruction is provided for by legislation. It is the State Vet who makes this call.
