Very informative this, AN!
That boat full of birds looks like something from "Madagascar".
I think those ships were just blown apart by the wind!

Mel this was absolutely a relaxing holiday, true food for the soul!Mel wrote:That certainly looks completely unrushed and very relaxingI love the sea and I'll book a trip to the waters rather than going into the mountains.
The vegetation in coastal areas is much prettier than in alpine regions, mefinds

Lis sorry to hear about your backLisbeth wrote:I love the sea and must go at least once a year, but the mountains give you a kind of peace of mind that you do not find anywhere else. The quiet and the way the landscape changes every time you turn a corner and the view of the thousands of different flowers makes it unique- and then of course there are the cows![]()
Unfortunately my back does not allow me to do trekking any more

All-Nature you have managed to get some spectacular shots of the sea. I love the boat full of cormorants. There was not that much wind when we were there

Fortunately we are both nature lovers so it can be sea, mountain (not hiking BONES don't allow it anymore)

I would say the wind would maybe ease depending on which months one visited.

Plenty wind, but good fish and chips![]()

Wind did make for some interesting sea views and did not damper our experience, actually we had a fab time there

Who could not enjoy the peace and quiet and hearing the waves break
