Looking at the pictures made on and along this road it's gonna be more an more fun.
Two times I found a Cheetah:
1- October 2015, Bowkerkop Waterhole and just before closing time I could make some pictures. Difficult to make good pictures because it was getting dark.
I think I never posted them before so ... here they are

The Cheetah was coming in to this waterhole for a drink. Looking around all the time but finally drinking...

After this last shot I had to move back quickly ... but nice end of the day
Second time I could capture a Cheetah along this road was in 2014 and again just before closing time...sunset and beautiful light
Location: H1-6 , just before the turn-off to the Old Main road / opposite of this Capricorn "rock" The Cheetah just crossed the road and was sitting in the high grass...but took his time to pose fo

Nice lion, Flutts!
And brilliant rare cheetahs, aat!
That first waterhole is Bowkerskop with the tusker, aat, maybe the cheetah is Grysbok?

Flavour of the Month - August/September 2017: H1-6 and Waterholes
After Leopard with Elephant bull, Cheetah, Tusker and Roan it's time for some Lion.
I never posted these pictures because we saw this Pride again next day near Mooiplaas Waterhole and I could make better pics there. Since we are "talking" about the H1-6 it's time to show them here.
It's October 23 2010 and opposite of Grysbok waterhole (from Mopani LH side of the road), about 50 meters from the road we found this Lion pride. First we saw the male and a bit later the other price members. I think it was the only time we have seen a bigger lion pride in that area.

Even it's about 7 years ago I remember this very well ... nice to dig in some history
next time a bit further along the road and other contributions are very welcome...
