Interesting the reference to a 100% tax benefit regarding input costs for community projects, a good idea in theory! 
Nkambeni has its own big lodge not far away, and has been running it for many years with Kruger access roads of their own.

As usual the majority stakeholder in Tourvest is a BEE group, in this case the Guma Group of Robert Gumede. (The old Gijima, which changed its name after some controversies.) Gumede is obscenely rich and extremely well-connected with the ANC.

They were also involved with the abortive Malelane hotel, and the Mjejane Trust.

The Gumede story is interesting, but there is a big hole where he goes from being a clerk an prosecutor to owning a football team

The embattled Emfuleni Local Municipality paid the company of billionaire businessperson and ANC benefactor Robert Gumede R16.2 million for an expired cellphone services contract and settled a R1.2 million security bill at the guesthouse of former mayor Simon Mofokeng.
These details are contained in five forensic reports which finger officials, politicians, tenderpreneurs and private sector companies of fraud and corruption by awarding and mismanaging five tenders totalling more than R300 million.
The reports show how officials allegedly irregularly awarded and fraudulently extended security, fleet lease, cellphone and landfill sites management tenders in contravention of the Municipal Finance Management Act.

Little by little it looks as if things are surfacing and the culprits will be paying for their wrongdoings
