Day 9 Saturday 17 November : Balule -> Satara : afternoon drive continued.

The sun was going down as we drove along the H-6 back to Satara.

We paid a quick visit to Aat and Ellie after we'd eaten supper at M&B and found that Miss Satara was also visiting.

I don't think she has to remember how to catch anything but scraps. :no:

Yes, the problem is trying to get people to stop giving her scraps. Very difficult because tourists want to see this sort of animal close up and don't really care what happens after when they have finished their safari.

This is a minor niggle for me, the one that really gets me is idiots feeding the Hyaenas at the fence. These animals can cause serious injury to innocent bystanders (I would cheer if one bit off the hand that was feeding them)...AND the chase away all of the other animals that may otherwise visit the area.
