I think Ethmostigmus trigonopodus Giant Blue Centipede or Blue Ring Centipede (Order: Scolopendromorpha. Family: Scolopendridae)
The Scolopendromorpha have 21 or 23 body segments with the same number of paired legs. Their antennae have 17 or more segments. Their eyes (if present) have at least 5 facets on each side. The order comprises the three families Cryptopidae, Scolopendridae and Scolopocryptopidae.

Distribution: SA (KNP; Mpu; LP); Tanzania, Zimbabwe

How long is it?

What about a bagworm moth??? -O- -O-
"The Psychidae (bagworm moths, also simply bagworms or bagmoths) are a family of the Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths).
The caterpillar larvae of the Psychidae construct cases out of silk and environmental materials such as sand, soil, lichen, or plant materials. These cases are attached to rocks, trees or fences while resting or during their pupa stage, but are otherwise mobile. The larvae of some species eat lichen, while others prefer green leaves. In many species, the adult females lack wings and are therefore difficult to identify accurately. Bagworm cases range in size from less than 1 cm to 15 cm among some tropical species. Each species makes a case particular to its species, making the case more useful to identify the species than the creature itself."

Definitely, depends on the species as well.

"These cases are attached to rocks, trees or fences while resting or during their pupa stage, but are otherwise mobile. "

I'm not SURE this is it, but will try to do further research later today. I think it might be a real possibility. -O-
