Addressing the MCC Milburn said, "The proposed hotel development will make use of a park-and-ride facility of approximately 2,5 hectares, which will be based at the Malalane Gate entrance.

The park&ride is just a parking lot....very little input financially compared to the whole hotel/lodge development!

SP have no financial input regarding the latter! (Hopefully!)

According to Mr Chris Engelbrecht, a local attorney acting for some of the registered interested and affected parties, they were concerned about the development for technical reasons, as the proposed hotel would impact negatively on the serenity and integrity of the park.

From this I read that the EIA has already been started?

As the developments of the two Hotels in question are along separate paths, we now have two threads!

Apparently a document will be handed to .gov regarding this issue
by the contractor assigned to do the EIA.
